After Victoria Beckham declared Harper Seven was the most beautiful baby girl she had ever seen, she has released photos of the newborn nuzzled up to husband David Beckham of the LA Galaxy.

Tweeted Beckham: "I took this beautiful picture and wanted to share it with you, baby Harper cuddling Daddy!"

Given the evidence before us, it appears Harper Seven is more likely to be a Spice Girl than a soccer star, but we shall see.

In Kim Kardashian news, the reality TV star is getting set to marry New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries in just two weeks time, scheduled for August 20.

And if you figured the wedding would be low-key given this is Kim Kardashian (insert sarcasm here), think again. The wedding cake alone cost $15,000 to $20,000, according to US Magazine. It's also expected to resemble Prince William and Dutchess Kate's cake because, well, you know, Kardashian is a princess.

And in NHL news, New York Rangers bad boy Sean Avery has once again gotten into trouble, arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer outside his Hollywood Hills abode.

It had been way too long since Avery had gotten into trouble, not since he was suspended for six games in the 2008-09 season when he made fiery comments about his former girlfriend Elisha Cuthbert, who had begun dating Dion Phaneuf.

We know Cuthbert from the TV series 24. She is currently doing pretty well for herself, the star of the new comedy series Happy Endings.
