 Kaino Park spends much time in the gym.

    
If a gymnast for three years, the now 14 member team Pocatello Revolution is dedicated to improving their strength and skills.

    
Coach Park, Bernd Justen Miller, saw nearly dedication. "During the school year, Kaino trains two hours to the school's weight lifting or gymnastics, running and stretching," he said.
