New Dark-colored Panther Celebration provides compensate for 'capture' of California shooter

SANFORD, Fla. -- Associates of the New Dark-colored Panther Celebration are providing a $10,000 compensate for the "capture" of Henry Zimmerman, innovator Mikhail Muhammad declared during a demo in Sanford on Sunday.
